Rendang eggs


Ingredients

  1. 8 eggs
  2. 5 pieces of red union
  3. 2 pieces of garlic
  4. 1/2 segment galangal
  5. 4 pieces of red chilli
  6. 1/2 segment turmeric
  7. 1 sheet turmeric leaf
  8. ginger
How to Cook
  • blend all ingredients except ginger and tumeric leaf
  • enter a little oil and then stir-fry until fragrant smell
  • cook in thick coconut milk and then enter the egg that has been boiled first
  • crushed galangal and tumeric leaf and enter into cuisine
  • cook until the oil out and somewhat dry
  • serve
