Black Pepper Chicken Spices


Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of chicken wing top (mini drumstick)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cooking oil
Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30 g onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons black peppercorns, crushed slightly refined
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce meaning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make


Toss chicken wings with lemon, garlic and salt until blended.
Let stand for 30 minutes until the spices to infuse.
Fried chicken wings in hot oil until slightly browned and a lot. Drain.

Seasonings

Saute onion until fragrant.
Enter pepper, oyster sauce, chili sauce and salt, stirring untilboiling. Lift.
Place the fried chicken wings in a heat resistant container.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.

Squid Roll


Ingredients

  • 100 gr squid and peeled small size
  • 2 sheets nori
  • cooking oil to taste
  • chili sauce for serving

Coatings Ingredients squid

400 grams tofu, mashed
200 grams of meat snapper
5 pieces of spinach leaves, trimmed and finely chopped
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 cm ginger, grated

How to make

Coatings

fish puree in a blender until smooth
Mix with other coating materials

Squid

Rendang eggs


Ingredients

  1. 8 eggs
  2. 5 pieces of red union
  3. 2 pieces of garlic
  4. 1/2 segment galangal
  5. 4 pieces of red chilli
  6. 1/2 segment turmeric
  7. 1 sheet turmeric leaf
  8. ginger
How to Cook
  • blend all ingredients except ginger and tumeric leaf
  • enter a little oil and then stir-fry until fragrant smell
  • cook in thick coconut milk and then enter the egg that has been boiled first
  • crushed galangal and tumeric leaf and enter into cuisine

Spicy salted fish


Ingredients

  1. 250 g salted fish cork, cut the size of 2 cm x 2 cm

Blue Ice


 Ingredients

  • 1canned lychees, drained all
