Spicy salted fish


Ingredients

  1. 250 g salted fish cork, cut the size of 2 cm x 2 cm
  2. 2 pieces of red pepper, thinly sliced
  3. 4 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 orange juice, water alone
  5. 3 tablespoons cooking oil


How to cook


  • Sprinkle fish with salt cork boiling water, leave tocool, wash and drain
  • Heat enough oil over medium heat pengorengan
  • Enter the salted fish were then fry until cooked.
  • Remove and drain.
  • Heat the oil according to the recipe, put the onion and saute until fragrant
  • Add red pepper, stir, stir-fry until wilted
  • Reduce the heat, then enter the already fried saltedfish and lime juice.
  • Stir well, and serve.
